30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 24-48 hours.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely and ship it to the following return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: All returns are inspected within 3-5 business days of receipt.
  • Refund Timeline: Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs (Who Pays)

Return Shipping Fee Responsibility:

  • Customer Pays Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns (wrong size/color, no defect, or simply changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a prepaid return label upon request; the cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • We Pay Return Shipping: If we sent the wrong item, or if the item is defective/damaged upon arrival, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label at no charge to you.

Additional Information:

  • Customs, duties, and taxes: These charges are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for any import/export fees on returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item:

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your order may have already been processed.
