Order Processing

Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) on business days are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • Flat Rate: All other orders ship at flat rates listed above

P.O. Box & APO/FPO Addresses

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only.
  • We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses for our military customers.

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Contact your local post office
  3. Wait 24-48 hours (packages sometimes show delivered early)
  4. Contact us at for assistance

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  1. Take photos of the damage
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply.

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.):

  • Processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days
  • Carrier transit times may be longer than usual
  • We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery
